Written by Kyle J. Norton Reproduction of any Kyle J. Norton article is allowed with name of the author and all links intact.
As we mentioned in previous article, Premenstrual syndrome effects over 70% to 90% of women before menopause in the US. It is defined as faulty function of the ovaries related to the women's menstrual cycle, it effects a women's physical and emotional state, and sometimes interferes with daily activities as a result of hormone fluctuation. The syndrome occurs one to two weeks before menstruation and then declines when the period starts.
I would like to finish the series with final chapter " premenstrual syndrome and diet". Intake the chapter recommended diet will help to reduce the risk of re occurred symptoms, because no matter how good the self help program, or natural remedies are, without changing or supplement your diet with food rich with vitamins and minerals, the reoccurred rate of premenstrual symptom is 100%.
Remember some women may take 6 months for the diet to take effect, but you can fell the difference after a month.
